Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University, Stenography / Secretarial Practice course/exam with a speed of 80 WPM in Shorthand and 40 WPM in typing.

- SC/ ST/ PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates: Exempted from Application fee.
